COVID-19 also known as Coronavirus has been spread worldwide and has become one of the serious health matters. The USA after being a very strong and powerful country was not able to protect the citizens to get infected from the virus. With every passing day, there is an increase in the cases of Corona Virus and there are certain major steps the USA is taking to fight against the Corona Virus. Corona Virus has turned out to be a major threat to the world. It is taking many lives every single day and increasing rapidly. The cases in the USA are also increasing day by day. So there are few steps taken by the USA to tackle the Corona Virus and they are as followed:

1. If any member of the family is sick please stay indoor. Don’t go outside of your house without any work. The people of old age or having any health issues should also stay at home along with staying away from the other people in spite of the fact that they do not have any symptoms of Coronavirus.
2. Avoid visiting the nursing home, retirement home, or any long-term care facility until it is the case to provide important care. Everyone should avoid unnecessary travel, eating in restaurants, visiting bars, and public food courts. Gathering more than 10 people in one place is not allowed. People other than who are working for necessities of living such as health care should work from home and kids should not go to schools.
3. It has been ensured to maintain the water supplies even if people are not able to pay all the bills because of the pandemic.
4. The government is providing medical leaves, expanding unemployment insurance.
5. Children’s who are dependent on school for their food they are provided with the food.
6. The government has signed and issued relief funds so that it can be used to provide the best facilities in the treatment of patients.
7. Lockdown has been imposed because of the increase in the cases.
8. Hydroxychloroquine has been purchased from India so that the safety of people working in medical fields can be maintained.
9. The quality and the stock of food has been ensured so that the citizens should not feel the crisis of food.
10. To avoid the unemployment of USA citizens after the crisis the government has banned immigration and ensure all the job opportunities to be provided to the citizens.

Presently there are 1,336,700 cases in the USA as per the sources and a reason to worry about. But the government is trying to take the situation under control and trying out all the possibilities to recover from the pandemic. There is a need to break the chain of this virus and it cannit be done alone the whole country, in fact, the world needs to come together to fight against it and break the chain.
